    Search for a place or event on our home page. Based on your personal preferences, the next screen will display the best parking options for your needs. All you need to do is click "Book" and enter your card details to guarantee your parking space.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You can cancel a booking and have your purchases fully refunded up to 2 hours before the start time of your booking.
  • How does the parking location know that I booked?
    After you make a booking, we communicate your booking information directly to the parking operator. Our systems are fully connected and integrated.
  • After I make a booking, do I have to print my confirmation page and bring it with me?
    No. You can download our app on your phone and show the booking confirmation screen when you get to the location. The attendants will check you in and you will not need to pay anything extra for this service. We also send an e-mail confirmation after you make a booking in case you do not have a smartphone.
  • I am a landlord who owns a parking space. Can I rent it through ParkJockey?
    Yes, you can rent your parking space and get paid through ParkJockey. You need to register as an Operator. After we validate your account, you can start renting your parking space.
